When the flowers I ordered on February 15, onlne, were not received by my daughter, even after I received a confirmation of delivery e-mail, I called them the next morning. I spoke to Kathy, and without hesitation she told me she would investigate and call me back. Within an hour I received a call. Kathy told me that she couldn't get in touch with the driver who was supposed to deliver the flowers so she woild put together a new bouquet, and deliver them later that day. My daughter loved the flowers! Thank you Kathy and Bouquets and Baskets for saving the day!
